Using Shortcuts

WriteRoom adds actions to the macOS Shortcuts app. Search for "WriteRoom" in the Shortcuts action library.

The actions read and change a document's text:

• The whole text: Get Document Text, Set Document Text
• The selection: Get Selected Text, Replace Selected Text, and Set Selection from a Start to an End offset
• A new document with the given text: Create Document

Each action except Create Document has a Document parameter. Leave it empty to use the front document.
