Accessibility

WriteRoom draws its own text, but it describes that text to the Mac's assistive features the way a standard text view does.

• Zoom follows the caret as you type.
• Voice Control can dictate, select, and edit text.
• VoiceOver reads the document, the selection, and the line the caret is on, and you can type and edit with it on.

Hidden Markdown is still there for assistive apps. VoiceOver reads **bold** with its asterisks, because that's the text in the file.
