Row dates are now optional.

Created and modified row dates are off by default in new documents. Configure them for new documents in Settings > Document (per file format), and for existing documents in File > Document Options.

Installing the bike command-line tool no longer requires sudo in Terminal on first install. It is still required when you move Bike and need to reinstall.
