Animation polish this release.

• Added row and caret bounce on split/join (souring on it)
• Changed removed rows to no longer fade
• Changed caret to snap when text wrap changes
• Improved focus in/out animations
• Improved scale animations (used during filtering)
• Fixed decoration sizes when zoomed out
